will provide AOPA with the following data through four surveys for its school
and each classroom using the AOPA Curriculum in each semester it is taught by
the dates below. Each teacher using the AOPA curriculum is required to complete
these surveys per class.

If
School continues courses in a pathway(s) in future years, additional data will
be required from the School, such as the number of students continuing in the
pathway, number of CTE completers, and industry credential metrics. AOPA may
request additional data. No personally identifying student information will be
collected, nor shall such personally identifying student information be
provided by School to AOPA.
AOPA reserves the right to select, in its sole discretion,
schools that will be allowed to use the AOPA High School Aviation STEM
Curriculum.
All completed applications must be submitted online to AOPA no
later than 11:59 p.m. EDT, May 31, 2021. If all documents are not completed by
this date, the school will NOT be able to use the AOPA curriculum for the
2021-22 school year.
